Arborist services
|ONSITE COnsultations
I walk your property with you, answer your questions, and give you a straight read on your trees. You get a concise written summary with next steps, including a recommended scope of work or action plan if needed.
|Tree Risk Assessments (TRAQ)
Tree risk assessments by a TRAQ-qualified ISA Certified Arborist, following ISA best management practices. For leaning trees, storm damage, decay and trees near structures. Risk is formally documented only as a written report, with risk ratings and mitigation options.
|Tree Management for HOAs & Multifamily
Trees are one of your community’s biggest assets and biggest liabilities. From a single consultation to managing your full tree inventory year after year, I help boards and property managers prioritize risk, plan annual budgets and make confident decisions on care and removal.
|Arborist Letters for Tree Removal
Florida Statute 163.045 allows a tree on single-family residential property to be removed without a local permit when an ISA Certified Arborist documents an unacceptable risk. I inspect the tree in person and, if the findings support it, provide the letter.
|Tree Inventories for Site Development
Tree inventories for construction and site development. Using your existing tree survey, I verify species, assign condition ratings, and flag protected and specimen trees under local code, so permitting and site planning start on solid ground. Also for commercial properties.
|Certified Arborist Reports
Written arborist reports for tree removal, risk, construction impacts, root conflicts and neighbor disputes. Each report documents what I found on site, the risk, and my recommendations, delivered as a clear, professional PDF.
|Root Encroachment Reports
Tree roots encroaching on your foundation, septic, pipes, pool, driveway or pavers? A visual assessment of the tree, species and site tells me a lot. I document the conflict, risk and options, from root management under ANSI A300 Part 8 to removal. Advanced testing only as a last resort.
|Palm Care Programs
Keep your palms healthy and looking their best. I assess your palms and prescribe an ongoing care program for nutrition and pest and disease prevention, applied on a regular schedule by a licensed technician. Ideal for non-native palms and premium landscapes.
|Permit Support
Documentation and coordination for tree removal permits where 163.045 does not apply, including commercial, HOA, multifamily and county-regulated properties in Orange and Seminole Counties. Includes site visits, meeting city or county inspectors on site as needed.
|Tree Health Diagnosis & Treatment Plans
Is your tree sick or declining? I pinpoint what’s wrong and tell you straight what it will take to save it. Then I prescribe the right treatment, whether that’s a single application or an ongoing program, applied by a licensed technician.
|Soil & Palm Lab Testing
When symptoms call for it, I collect soil samples or palm tissue samples and send them to a lab for analysis, then use the results to confirm a diagnosis and guide the treatment plan. Often paired with a tree health diagnosis.
|Targeted Pruning Plans
Pruning isn’t always the answer. When it is, I write a targeted scope of work with a specific goal, like clearance, structure or risk reduction, so the job is done responsibly and professionally, informed by an arborist who knows exactly what the tree can take.
|Neighbor Disputes & Code Enforcement
Neighbor tree dispute, or a city fine over pruning or removal? I assess the situation, talk with everyone involved, and give a clear professional opinion on the tree’s condition, its risk and the work done. The goal is an amicable resolution. My opinion covers the tree only.
|Construction & Tree Preservation Plans
Required to keep trees on a construction site? I assess which ones can survive, set root zone guidance, and build a plan to carry them through construction and recovery, from protective fencing and barriers to proactive treatments. Also corrects inaccurate tree surveys.
|Pre-Sale & Pre-Purchase Tree Inspection
Know what the trees on a property mean before you buy or sell. A noninvasive visual assessment of health, safety and long-term viability, with a written summary. Invasive testing is only recommended if absolutely needed.
|Tree Appraisals
Tree value appraisals for insurance claims, property disputes, and tree damage or loss. I use several accepted appraisal methods, such as the Trunk Formula Technique, depending on the situation and scope.
|Remote Tree Assessments
When distance or timing makes a site visit impractical, I can assess trees remotely using client photos and video, aerial and satellite imagery, and online maps, then give you clear guidance on next steps, documented in writing when needed.
|Expert Witness
Expert witness services for litigation and insurance matters involving trees. Scope includes case and record review, site inspection, written expert opinions, exhibits, and deposition or trial testimony. Deposition experience. Travel as required.
